We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your set, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Exchanges - 14 days

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and hygiene liners must be intact
  • No signs of wear, makeup, or damage

Due to limited inventory, exchange requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be guaranteed.


Refunds - 7 days

We offer full refunds within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and hygiene liners must be intact
  • No signs of wear, makeup, or damage

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Items returned without original hygiene protection

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
